Precautions When Using Biodegradable Mulching Film

  • Before Use
  •   Shelf life
  •   Within 1 year from production when stored in a sealed state, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place.
  •   Storage
  •   Avoid direct sunlight. Store only in a cool and dry warehouse. Do not store in hot and humid conditions.
  •   Usage
  •   Use only in open fields. Do not use in greenhouses or tunnels.
  •   Consumer
  •   Responsibility
  •   Clearly indicate the target crop and usage period when ordering the film.
  • Decompose early
  •   Apply the film 2~3 weeks after compost/fertilizer work when the soil is sufficiently dried.
  •   If pesticides (sulfur, chlorine-based) touch the film, early decomposition will occur. Spray before applying the film.
  •   If not stored in a cool and dry warehouse, the film may deteriorate and decompose early.
  •   (It is an outdoor type and cannot be used inside the house.)
  •   During machine covering (rotary), strong physical force may cause side tearing.
  •   When converting rice paddies into farmland (excess moisture), poor drainage or waterlogging may accelerate decomposition.
  •   Create round and elevated ridges in the field to ensure proper drainage.
  •   After Use
  •   Depending on conditions (soil, climate, sunlight, pesticide use, compost type, rainy season, etc.), the film’s decomposition speed may vary.
  •   When working with rotary machines, excessive force may tear the sides.
  •   After crop harvest, 2~3 rotary tilling operations are recommended. Remaining film will biodegrade in the soil.
